We brought 2 laptops to Elliot. He fitted a new windows 10 hard drive to one and was going to remove a serious virus from the other. He did not succeed in removing the virus and tried several times to fix the problem remotely after we had picked it up, but without success. Hence we paid for a job which he did not do.
