No HR to file grievances to. MD treats staff appallingly including homophobic remarks, he bullies and intimidates staff and he threatens your job at the slightest non agreement to his opinion. Contracts never appear, pay rises are a joke, if they even happen at all. MD has a total lack of professionalism.
