Auto Elite Hull in Brighton Street Industrial Estate, Hull

My ML went into AutoElite with a gearbox problem on 4 occasions. I was told that the 7 speed autobox is renowned for having problems and after paying for a gearbox service the problem continued. Finally I was told they had got to the bottom of the problem and that I would have to leave with it in its current state. On Jan 6th 2014 I booked the car into Mercedes Benz Hull. They were fantastic and cured the problem in one day, yes one day. The fact is AutoElite do not have the computers, the software updates and do not attend the Mercedes Benz courses that the genuine dealers attend. Their knowledge is not as up to date as Mercedes technicians. I would have preferred the guys at AutoElite to have been truthful and told me that they did not have the knowledge and skills rather than lying to me. After one year of problems, my car is now perfect again and this is down to Mercedes Benz, Hull not AutoElite.

I used auto elite to repair my audi a4 I found them trustworthy and very knowledgeable and reasonably priced I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them.

These guys replaced the front coil springs Twice on my wife's car on successive MOTs and also swapped her matching nearly-new front tyres for a pair of badly-worn odd ones. Unfortunately she didn't notice until months later. Staggering. Use them at your peril.
