What a dreadful shop. Assistant accused me of abusing him when I used the word damn. If that's the worst he gets it will be a miracle. Promised me a new watch strap. Asked to wait a fortnight well past that now. Don't think I will be getting the new strap. Vey expensive shop think there are better in Loughborough. Waste of £17 for a non allergenic strap. After 4 months non continual wear ended up at the doctors with rash and blister on wrist. Will not recommend them to anyone, especially with the shop assistants attitude towards the customer.
