TanZo-Go in Manchester Airport, Manchester

On the 20th June at around 3-4pm I got back from Korea to find my shower gel blew up in my bag and destroyed my coach ticket, the man at the booth was understanding and went beyond what you would ask of an employee by allowing me to use his mobile to contact the coach company and eventually allowing me to use his computer to find the ticket in my e-mails.

They are always helpful and polite. I needed to get to a hotel in Manchester and the young lady went out of her way to help.
