B.R Fencing in Worcester Park

Having paid a deposit for work to be done, we changed our mind, and asked if the deposit could be put towards a different job. We were told (by Bill himself) to contact BR Fencing to arrange a new time for Bill to come and look at the new job. Despite repeated calls over 3 months, I have now been informed that the deposit has been lost because the job was cancelled, and Bill is not honouring his original commitment to supply items for the new job.
Please, make sure you get everything in writing, and don't take them at their word, because this seems to have changed over time.
