Blue Star Taxis in Wigan

I rang at 3pm and asked how long a taxi would be as I needed to collect my son from school at 3.30. The lady said 10 minutes, which I double checked with her before ordering. 20 minutes later I rang up and the same lady told me she would check its location - 2 to 3 minutes away. I waited another 10 minutes and, 30 minutes after ordering rang them back. This time I got a gentleman who informed me my taxi had gone somewhere else, and a new one would be with me within 5 minutes. 35 minutes after ordering, it arrived. He then took a detour to avoid traffic and charged me £9 for what usually costs £5. Absolute time-wasters and I had a 4 year old waiting at school for 20 minutes. Would avoid, lied at all times about taxi's location and over charged.
