Travellers Taxis in Kiveton Park, Sheffield

Pointless booking these, they simply don't turn up!!! After 2 hours of waiting and countless phone calls.

I had a very poor experience with Travellers last night. When my friend's daughter rang for a taxi, she was told it would arrive within the next 5 to 10 minutes. An hour later, it had not arrived. When we then tried to ring to chase it up, it took another 45 minutes before somebody decided to answer the phone. The gentleman who answered the phone was then not at all helpful in trying to resolve our complaint although the taxi did finally arrive after another few minutes - almost 2 hours later than arranged! The driver was excellent and took us home safely but the level of customer service was far from satisfactory. Someone is supposedly going to ring me tomorrow with an offer of apology and compensation - I suspect they won't as they have failed to do so to a number of my friends and colleagues who have had similar issues in the past. We'll see if they can keep to their promises on this one ...
