Really terrible service. I ordered a linkage kit which was not fit for purpose due to parts that would not fit. I told them this, sent them photos of the incorrect parts alongside the correct, original parts (my friend had a complete new linkage) and they told me to fit the kit anyway, which I did. The parts didn't fit, as I'd stated and I asked for a refund of £26 to cover the cost of the correct, original replacement parts. I sent proof of the incorrect parts (oem part numbers showed this) photographic proof, messaged them many times and gave them the name/number of the oem supplier that I've bought the correct parts from. They told me to communicate through ebay (where I bought the kit from) and ignored my messages for months at a time and when they did reply they just messed me around, I'm talking about 6-8 months now!!! And now, after they have no more excuses, they've blocked my messages! Really appalling service, don't do business with these people.
