No rating at all, if I had the choice not to rate, this limited company is a campaign - NOT A CHARITY. It has a staff of hard, cold calling people who put the phone down when you ask a question. It targets small businesses and will only talk to named people. They refer to you agreeing to sponsor school books some months before - WHEN YOU HAVE NOT. What strategy the management team have in place to get money out of small businesses for supposed child protection absolutely disgusts me. We are talking about child protection - not widgets made in a factory. Authorities should take action, we have tried allsorts. We were 'had' and despite a refund agreement - nothing can be done. As stated before, this is about child protection, all scams are bad enough but to use child protection to get money out of people - to us is against the law. They should be stopped.
