New Moon Taxis in Stretford, Manchester

I used these guys all the time. Good rates, nice, friendly. These guys pick up and drop off anywhere you name it, they'll be there quick and easy. Taxis can get late with rush hour and traffic but these will always call to let you know so customers are not late and are aware. F. Altaf

Used them for many years, a few times was waiting for more than an hour instead of 10min. When you call them they said taxi been sent a long time ago. It's a joke. This year it was few times like this. Will better use other company than New Moon.

Bad service!! We got a taxi from the asda in Trafford to lowery center and charged us 9 pound 50!! We spoke to the woman on the calls and she said he said we drop of in lopstock which is a joke! And we don't no where that is, we re from Salford. And now the manger is saying he went the long route around. The woman on the calls saying their new drivers come on which are using their own meters plus his meter wasn't on. And they are changing over the odds. This company is a joke!

Have used them for years for my son going to school and for myself from time to time. The operators really kind and helpful and really try to do their best for you. Good rates. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Used them for 12 years but service not as good recently. Called them after large discrepancy in charges, owner told me to call next day to arrange reimbursement. No-one knew about it, no-one called me back. Been on crutches, in a cast, so had to use them past 6 weeks. Out of 17 journeys, only 3 drivers offered any assistance, just sat in the car & watched me struggle. Time to move on to local competitor for me. Rating used to be a 5.
