Civic Centre Filling Station in Wythenshawe, Manchester

Very disappointed! Just been there. Car vacuum cleaner not working properly! I am damn sure, they don't bother about changing/cleaning the vacuum cleaner bag daily basis. Bin was full. It's only 10.55am. So don't know if the bin packed since morning or from yesterday! so can't put anything from my car straightway to the bin.
£1=4 minutes vacuum cleaning time.
I spent £4 which for 16 minutes for vacuum cleaner's sucking delay ! Paid £1 for fragrance where there is no fragrance at all! Never seen this kind of situation before!

Ask the lady inside kiosk. She didn't bother! Didn't get any refund!

Not happy. Not going to any BP gas station anymore. BP management should sort this kind of thing out ASAP. They should fix it or close this facility.

2nd time visit to this garage, never again, queue's at pumps due to only one member of staff at till, when another member of staff female operated another till her manner was abrupt an not at all polite. In future it will be worth going to Tesco through roadworks for a good alround customer service.
