I would advise anyone to stay clear of this person as he says he will call with you. Naturally enough you then book time off work etc and he does not turn up or even call you to say he is running late.
I find this particular type of person rather infuriating as we spent the time to call with him in spite of the fact we had our suspicions he would be a waste of time. Sad when so many builders/tradesmen complain about the lack of work but then simply throw away a genuine customer who had already set money aside!
