Dandy Doggies in Birmingham

I used Tonia for my Shih Tzu Henry for many years, until he unfortunately passed away at the age of 16, Tonia and Steve were fantastic, Henry loved going there to be groomed he was always very happy when I left him and also collected him so I never had any worries, I often felt he was disappointed to be going home and he always looked amazing. I would definitely recommend Dandy Doggies and I have to some of my friends who now use them and are also very satisfied.

My yorkie Poppy and my Jack Russel cross Roxy have just come back from Tonia and Steve at Dandy Doggies.They look absolutely amazing and also, importantly, very very happy... Poppy gets very nervous around strangers and can be very withdrawn... but not a bit of that when she returned.. she was really bubbly...
Steve picked them up and dropped them off when finished. Its obvious that they were taken good care of, as they came home so bubbly and happy and kept running back to steve for more fussing. Am so glad that i found Dandy Doggies and want to thank Tonia and Steven for the great service provided for my 3 dogs (2 Bedlington Terriers and a toy poodle). Not only do they all look great, but perhaps more importantly for me, they actually seem to enjoy their visits! I've used other groomers before, but the dogs came back upset and were unsettled for days. My Bedlie boy, who was rescued from a dreadful home, is very nervous and I'd previously resorted to having him sedated and shaved by my vet. Finding Dandy Doggies changed all that and he is happy to visit Tonia and Steve and has never looked better - no more shaves for him!!

I would wholeheartedly recommend Dandy Doggies to anyone who really cares about where their beloved pooch gets groomed - I have no worries about leaving them with Tonia. She is good at what she does but its clear that she is also kind, patient, calm and loving with her "clients".
The cost of a clip is excellent and includes claw clipping, ear plucking etc. Fantastic value and a professional, yet caring groomer.
