When Harrogate and Knaresborough are awash with hairdressers there is no reason to put yourself through the bad manners, bad customer service and lack of interest that you will get at this salon. My first appointment was cancelled without informing me because nobody called the number I had given them. A wasted journey followed by a load of bad attitude.The second appointment was cancelled because she wouldn't accept the voucher, even though she knew when I made the appt that I had a voucher. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
