I'm absolutely disgusted with the service I received I phoned up and asked the receptionist what I would need to do to weigh a load of copper she replied you need a passport and bank statement to make an account so I went down in a taxi because I didn't have the van and they said I needed a vehicle and the taxi wasn't allowed so as i was leaving a guy came out the office and said I'll give you £20 it's hardly worth owt and me not knowing any different accepted when I got home a phoned my old man and he went nuts and told me there was £240 worth a shiny copper, so I phoned up and tried to undo what happened and they said he didn't work there they ripped me right off disgusting behaviour a RIP off firm stay well away.
