Although quality of work and product was generally good, customer aftercare was shocking. Our new toilet bowl blocked only 2 weeks after fitting and we had to get dyno rod in to clear it and their technician said there may be a problem with the type of connection. We approached Bathtime who checked the system without removing the bowl and said the cistern was delivering the right quantity of water so was fine. Unfortunately the same problem occurred about a month ago and again I approached Bathtime who sent out an employee yesterday to check the drain connection and therein lies the problem. I spoke by telephone with the owner Ian Scannel and he gave me a quote for remedial work. When I questioned the original diagnosis and type of connection which was supposed to have been flexipipe and was not he became irate, told me to get someone else to do the job and put the phone down on me. A shining beacon for customer care. NOT.
