ASDA Pharmacy in South Bank, Middlesbrough

I would put 0, but won't let me do it. So I went today to buy my friend Day and Night Nurse for flu symptoms. I have been using it for years (from other pharmacy, recommended by pharmacist) myself, but to my surprise I was told by Jeanette (whoever she was) I can't have it because it won't help with symptoms. It clearly says on packaging it's cold and flu medication, so it does help with symptoms.
The lady wasn't reasonable and was talking about ingredients, which I know myself so there was no need. So I went to other pharmacy and was sold these with no problem, no unnecessary questions. I won't use the pharmacy again as not only because of this issue, but also because there is only one person at the till even though it was a queue and they have seen us waiting. Absolute waste of my time.
