Lakeside Kennels-Peartree in Wolvercote, Oxford

Should be zero stars. I arrived at 5:30pm having been told 4:30pm-6:00pm was fine that morning on the phone. He came up to me, complained I was late and and moaned that one of my dogs had urinated (I have three). I would not have assumed he was someone responsible. Never seen such rudeness in any customer experience in my life. I felt physically threatened in fact. I took my dogs and left quite shocked. I rang the same number and spoke to the same woman who'd agreed upto 6pm was fine and all she said was "Oh dear". Terrible, terrible, terrible. I can only imagine what happens to dogs that are left with these people I would seriously avoid. I am taking the week working from home, at least I will know they are safe.
