H & H Fried Chicken & Kebabs Ltd in Luton

Last night we ordered food from H&H Kebab and I have to say I was favourably impressed. Delivery on time, and delivery guy polite. Doner kebab was still hot and tasteful. The chicken shish kebab with yogurt was awesome! So, food quality overall is good.
Prices are a bit high, but it is true that prices in the area have gone up all around, so I guess this is normal. I would say there are fancier places around but they are more expensive and food quality is not necessarily better.

Awful service waiting 1hr 50 for delivery. Had to phone up 4 times to find out where our food was, they kept saying wait another 20 minutes. No apology what so ever and put the phone down on me. When food eventually arrived they got the orders mixed up. So had to wait for the delivery driver to come back with the good he just gave to another customer. We live 2 minutes from the shop so how it took that long to deliver I don't know. We got no money back, no free food and no apology. We will never order there again! And I will tell others not to as well. It annoyed me that much that whilst I sat their eating my cold food I was already thinking about what I wanted to write in this review. Very bad customer service. Menu got ripped up.

I got food yesterday, it was delicious, nice and warm, the delivery was very quick, didn't take too long.

Their special kebabs are really good, I order from them at least once a week and will keep doing so until their kebabs are so tasty and the stuffing plentiful.

Food's alright, my favourite is the lamb shish kebab. A tiny spot to eat a tasty kebab at a reasonable price, I dont understand what other people complain about.

We had to wait forever for delivery. I'm sure they won't miss my business but I encourage you to try the other kebabs in town.
