Compass Directions in Norwich

The Owner and operator of Compass Directions, Anouska, is deceitful and a thief. She listed a home with inaccurate photos of another home and miss represented the owner as I was the tenant. Upon leaving at the end of tenancy she has not supplied our security deposit. She never registered it with any deposit scheme and still to the day has not returned our money. The owner is taking action with solicitors and I can't urge people enough to stay away from this lady or company. She has worked and may still work for Iconic Lettings on the side. She has taken our deposit and ran. She states she can't find it and that's the whole response to her miss handling of finances. She has clearly broken a couple of laws and can't be trusted. Beware of this company and the owner Anouska Taylor Devlin!
