Unreliable... failed to start job twice. First time he said he was very ill. Poor chap I thought and a new date was agreed. This time he simply failed to turn up. There was no contact from Colin and he did not respond to my texts or calls trying to ask what had happened. Still waiting for an apology from him. Had to spend time clearing rooms out twice and booking dog into kennels. Thanks for wasting my time Colin, Would NOT recommend at all.
