I have recently taken to my mobile phone to Europhone for them to unlock it and am very disappointed with the service I received.
At first, everything seemed positive. The first quote they gave me was £30, however they lowered this to £25 when I said I wanted to look elsewhere. They kept my phone and said it would take 2-10 days. I asked if they needed to keep it in the box and they said no. On day 9, I was walking past so I called in to see if they knew how long it would be. I was told it would be ready for collection later that day. That evening, I made a special trip to the shop to collect it, but was told they hadn’t been able to get it out of the workshop – they had my mobile number but had not called to tell me this, even though they knew I was coming back in that same day. They told me to come back on the Sunday (Day 11), assuring me that it would be ready. This time I decided to call them before I set off on the Sunday afternoon. Again, it was not ready. And again, they had not called me to warn me of this. Finally, on Day 12 it was ready. When I collected it, they had stuck a screen protector on it that covered about 3/4 of the screen. It had left dirty marks all over the screen, so I stood outside the shop cleaning it and noticed a scratch on the screen. As the phone was new when I bought it, this must have happened during the 12 days with Europhone. When I went back to complain they basically shrugged their shoulders and told me that they were not at fault. They said it was my fault for not using a screen protector. Then later said that when I brought it in it has a screen protector on it that was too small (they would not accept it was them who had put this on it). At one point, one of the men suggested that they take more care with expensive phones like IPhones and that mine was only cheap! After 15 minutes of arguing, they basically told me that I should just be happy that they had knocked me £5 off the original price and refused to give me either an apology or any sort of refund.
Do not use Europhone! Slow service, terrible care taken and no customer service skills whatsoever.

Eurifones sold me a broken Samsung galaxy s5 saying that is brand new. When I went back they told me the phone is OK and if I'm not happy I can call the police , the army or whatever, mocking me on my own money. I will take my money back but it will take time. I honestly advice all of you to avoid this company, because they are not there to make business there are only for trying to cheat peoples. One star is way too much for them!

If I could give these no stars I would. It's the 5th of May today and I still haven't received my phone, I gave it them to repair in February, every time I have been in to collect my phone they have said its with the technician and they haven't got it. I have been phoning them every day for the past month and not one of them has a clue what has happened to my phone and I have just phoned and they said okay 1 minute let me just check and I have been waiting 45 minutes. I put the phone down and tried to phone back and all I'm getting is a beep beep beep. So angry.

I repaired my phone at Eurofones and I was really chuffed with the time it took. During my wait I ended up buying a phone (iPhone 5s) for £490. The lad knocked £50 off and ended up being worth it because it was a great Christmas present.
My phone got repaired instantly and I got a great discount .
I would give 5/5 for the overall rating and for how I was treated. In the future, if anyone gets any problems with their phone or if you need to buy a phone then I would surely recommend Eurofones.

Absolutely terrible. I went to get a phone screen changed here and they broke my front facing camera then refused to take any responsibility. The job itself was terrible as there was dried up glue on the sides of the screen and a large dent on the bottom of my phone which wasn't there before. Charged me £70 and refused to take responsibility.

One of the worse shop owner i have ever dealed. He doesnot know how to talk to customer specially with girls. Initially i had given them my phone for touch not working and they have opened my phone and said IC need to change which will take time so i have taken my phone back as was already late for the day. After that i realized my phone is not even getting switch on as they have spoiled the power button. I went back to them and enquired about the power button. They asked to leave the phone for couple of hours so that they will check and send me the receipt where clearly mentioned power button is not functioning. Once i came back they are saying screen is broken and saying now they cant do anything but when i delivered the phone screen was perfectly fine even the employee boy who has taken my phone admitted that screen was perfectly fine when delivered. But the owner asked him to go inside and keep saying to us we cant do anything leave the shop. I was requesting as you have broken the screen so do something. He acted very rudely and said yes i have broken the screen do whatever you want call police i am not afraid of anyone. He spoiled my phone shouted on me and started threatening me. I really want these kind of person should never get licensed to open any shop if they don't know how to deal with the customer. If by mistake he brooke my screen as a curtsy sake he should speak politely instead he was threatening me and behaved very bad with a girl. Never ever go to EuroPhones. Very bad owner.

Excellent service bought a iPhone 6 got a great deal. Would recommend for anyone to buy phone from eurofones on Picadily and oxford Rd my friend bought 2 phones from Eurofones on oxford Rd same branch abd got excellent customer service and she foe got very good deals. I've got 12months guarantee as well. Very polite staff.
