Great service. Came on his day off to do something in time for another piece of work. Moved some pipes to fit them more conveniently around the cloakroom furniture we wanted. Such a beautiful parallel pair of pipes around a double bend it was a shame to hide them behind the furniture! Came back to install the suite after the decorating. Friendly, efficient, high quality work. Will be using again.

Called out to address poor flow in hot water taps throughout the house. Recommended replacing the aging hot water tank for £650 but this did not make any improvement to the flow. This work done satisfactorily.
Quoted additional amount £120 to fit an new kitchen sink/tap (I already had) but would not come out to do the work.
I did the work myself in the end. Replacing/descaling taps through the house was the solution.
Disappointed with the diagnostic work of this plumber.
