The bare minimum was cleaned - and nothing was moved so they dusted and vacuumed around things.
When my laminate flooring was damaged, presumably by the steam cleaner used, Claire refused to discuss it and let my calls go through to voicemail. They advertise as being fully insured but clearly not willing to claim on their insurance. When the contract was terminated it took over 3 weeks (and numerous messages) to get my key returned. Would definitely not recommend.
