Horrendous. Verbally abused by member of staff when asked to wait until my external workers had finished. He complained at this request. Continued to verbally abuse and complain. Called him a 'd__k' in retalitation and was told to 'come out here and say that'. Complained to the supposed boss who did not care as he had sent him to my house. Then said it was my attitude, rather than asking for details. Supported his worker as he 'didn't hear' the worker abusing me. Reported to police. Customer service non existent.
