CHARGED FOR A CANCELLATION DONE WITHIN 24 HOURS* I booked a room for my Nanas funeral and was unable to attend. I cancelled the booking the very next afternoon and called them to discuss. I spoke to a friendly gentleman who informed me that I will be refunded in FULL. I thanked him and said I would have rather moved it to a later date than be charged for a cancellation. He fully understood and agreed. He said it would take approximately 7 days to go back in the bank. 2 weeks later still no refund. I contacted them and spoke to "the owner of the business" who said I did not speak to them and will not agree to a refund also that the person I spoke to was not authorised to say I would get a refund. This person (I have no name) was very rude!
Be aware the owner has confirmed their staff are not authorised and you must speak to the owner. Never will I go to this establishment. Poor customer service.
