Would not recommend Hong Kong in Chap. We ordered a take away last night in the afternoon for a slot in the evening. The food didn't arrive so called them and advised would be another 20 minutes. Asked if I could come and collect it instead. Agreed to this and when I got there five minutes later my order had been taken out by the delivery person. Got home food arrived about 15 to 20 minutes later and lukewarm. Half of order missing. We had ordered and paid for four main courses and only received two. Tried to call takeaway but constantly engaged. Got through about two hours later. All of this I didn't have a problem with as they were clearly busy and mistakes happen. What did annoy was that I was asked to drive down for the refund. Drove down. No apology and advised that even though two of the main courses hadn't been delivered and had been paid for I couldn't have a refund and was only entitled to a credit note. I said I wasn't happy with this and that I wanted a refund. I asked several times for a refund and this was refused. I then told her that I would be putting a review on social media. Eventually I was given a refund for the two missing main course. Rant over. Wil stick to either Cardomens or Highgreen Grill, both of which are amazing until my favourite the Chinese takeaway in Highgreen reopens
