Be very careful paying for anything in advance!! We paid in advance for some Vinyl told it would be delivered the next day, despite making several phone calls to chase this up, and having an heated debate with the guy who answered the phone who basically called me a liar and refused to answer my questions about the delivery of the Vinyl - I am still waiting for this to be delivered ! Customer service is shockingly poor, I suppose this is because they have your money and don't care about anything else, I could not believe I was being spoken to this way, he even hung up the phone on me! Just be warned before you part with your money and don't expect the product to be delivered in the timely manner you either expect or were promised.
