Mamas & Papas Store in The Trafford Centre, Manchester

Me and my partner reserved the Mylo2 D/Wilson C/Cot and the Mylo2 D/Wilson pushchair and adaptr to go onto a car seat, there was an offer in store for the pushchair and c/cot which we paid the deposit with only 4 left and have the invoice of what we have paid and ordered. Then I have a phone call telling me because I have only paid a deposit they have sold the C/Cot and told me to choose a different one because they no longer have this one. If you put a deposit down on something surely you have reserved it but apparently not the case with mamas & papas in the trafford centre. Strongly advise you to keep well away. Do not see the point in putting a deposit down if then your been told they have sold what you have put a deposit down on with no option to pick a completely different c/cot that doesnt even go with your pushchair. Terrible customer service, never will i use this company again.
