Images Hair and Beauty in Harold Wood, Romford

I have found the management to be very unhelpful there and not accommodating at all. I used a groupon voucher and because i was late in booking ( the voucher was still valid) I was charged an extra £10. Then I brought another voucher and booked appointment at the time. When I rang up to con firm my appointment , I was informed beauty room was in use so I could only have a manicure. Whilst I was there the beauty room was not used ha ha. Then because I had forgotten to bring my voucher (which I had brought off them) I had to buy another voucher. Then due to family bereavement I missed the appointment I had booked with this voucher. The salon only rang up after the appointment had finished. I asked what happens now and I am still waiting .....the beauty therapist is lovely, it is just poorly managed!
