If you can avoid using this Letting Agency, do so.

They left us with rotten, broken doors throughout winter, which made the house absolutely freezing as there was visible gaps between the door and walls, windows that wouldn't open, and no hot water for multiple days. They refused to amend multiple issues.

They then will claim anything they possibly can from your deposit, make sure you take pictures of every little detail in the property, we were left with a garden that had fresh compost all over so weeds grew rapidly, and was impossible to keep ontop of whilst working full time.

Their staff are extremely unprofessional, rude and uninterested, I am not the only tenant that we know of who has had massive issues with them.

Go to Bridgfords or Sillars, this company shouldn't be allowed to run.
