Very unprofessional working attitude. Ignoring emails, money was taken and the job is not done properly. In the end I was told to fill in form by myself as its nothing to do with them... Every time just heard; yes, we will do and in the end nothing done. Will report them to the chartered accountants association as it looks like unprofessional- do not doing job and leaving clients in stress. Very dissappointed.
