I did MOT that was failed due to problems with brakes that had been changed for brand new 6 months earlier. Additionally, I was said that my car barely passed emmissions test (without shoing any test results to confirm that assumpion). I did not receive the price for repair even though I was said that I will receive the call soon. So I was left with failed MOT certificate and no further explanation nor any action taken by the garage. Faults written on the certificate were not detailed enough for a different garage to give a quote therefore I decided to do the whole process from the beginning taking my car to a different garrage. Imagine my surprise when arter one hour I received passed MOT certificate with no foutlts or recommended repaires. Brakes were all fine and in a very good condition (as expected after having them changed few months earlier) and emission results were very satisfatory for a 7 years old car. In general I would not reccomend anyone to go there and do any MOT or service in that place unless you want to be ripped of you money for repaires that don't exist.
