Rip off don't use. Called them re some water coming from loft. Turned up 2 hours later, spend 3 mins in flat confirming it wasn't a plumbing issue. After thanking them for confirmation announced there would be a £40 call out fee. What a short term way of doing business. Firstly, if you are going to employ such devious practices then you should tell people before you come out. They didn't so, we were not aware of any fee. Secondly, it was a day time call not a middle of the night emergency. Lastly, by ripping people off this way they ensure we will never recommend this company again. Had they come and in a friendly way have confirmed it wasn't a plumbing issue who knows what we might have asked them to do in future. Absolute disgrace.
