Woodlands New Quay Ltd in Gilfachrheda, New Quay

Not very impressed with Woodlands, New Quay. I had to cancel my chalet rental holiday because a family member had become ill. Woodlands New Quay informed me that there was no problem and that I could re-book the holiday at a later date. When I tried re-booking the holiday at a later date, I was told that I could not re-book the holiday because I cancelled the holiday. I have been 100% conned by this company and have lost all of my money!
