After trying practically all courier services out there, I've now settled with using UPS for important deliveries, they are the most reliable, at least based on my own experience.
Waiting over two weeks for a package, sat in for 4 days waiting as parcel in transit??? Depending on web site two different messages. Customer services also quite rude, when they have said what they need they say goodbye and put the phone down.
