Phillips Roofing Services in Birmingham

We had a kitchen roof replaced on the 29/9/2011. We was issued with an 18 year guarantee. The roof started to leak after 3 years and the roof boards have gone weak and spongy to walk on. We contacted Phillips Roofing Service to get them to have a look at the roof and they said they would have a look the same week. It took three weeks for them to have a look at the roof and they admitted it was not right and needed replacing. That was back in October 2014, Phillips roofing services keep saying they are in financial difficulties and unable to replace the roof at this moment in time. Once they learn my phone number they will not answer it so I have to keep using different phone numbers to ring them to complain. The roof still has not been replaced. Bob.
