Dobson Flooring in Cheltenham

I would put no stars if there were a choice. On the positive side I did get my flooring, although I had to settle for an alternative! and the sub contractor fitter did a great job. Not so great is the owner's attitude and appalling lack of customer care. The terms are full cost up front before he will order anything and you pay the fitter cash on the day (odd??). Be prepared to chase him constantly and therefore risk him sending you an unpleasant email because, well I haven't the faintest idea? oh but yes isn't attack the best form of defence? He has your money so what can you do right? Best you avoid this one really.
