SJ Lewis in Carmarthen

Had my tooth extracted on the 26th of November which done great after an emergency appointment. Before going home to Llanelli about 22 miles from the dentist, I was given a follow up appointment on the 10th of December but I request to have an earlier appointment due to working schedule, so I was asked to come at 10:50 on the 9th instead of 4:50 pm on the 10th.

The day comes and I was rushing from Llanelli to get to my appointment on time but I was late for 7 minutes as I arrived around 11:53, but the lady at the desk told me that I can't be seen by the dentist because I was late with my appointment.

Considering the fact that that I traveled for 22 miles and was late for less than 10 minutes, I was so disappointed not to be seen by the dentist as the lady on the desk never attempted to speak to the dentist to see if he was willing to see me or not. I think it is just the lady at the desk who decided. I felt discriminated...

My review to this dentist clinic is poor, and I believe i can see a better dentist in Llanelli and will try to avoid SJ Lewis...
