Our initial experience of this company was first class. The design and look of the completed kitchen was just what we wanted. All works were completed on time in an efficient manner. For about 2 weeks after the completion we were perfectly satisfied; then the black lacquered finish on the cabinet doors, drawer fronts and facings began to show sign of wear and was actually lifting away in parts. The company's initial response to my complaint was to ask if I wore a lot of rings or perhaps had long false nails. It was suggested that I periodically touch up the offending areas with a brush and lacquer provided. 4 of the doors were completely relacquered a couple of weeks ago and one is already showing signs of wear. We foolishly paid for the installation in full on completion without retaining the 10% retention previously agreed, as the owner of the company said that he had been offered a good deal on some equipment he wished to purchase. We feel that we have been let down badly by this company
