Andy Urwin Motor Engineering in Lemington, Newcastle Upon Tyne

Went up north for a few days break, unfortunately my alternator went, so I called the R.A.C out and they kindly got the car going and they took me to Andy Irwin's to get sorted. They fitted a new alternator with 12 months warranty and charged me something like £500+. Unfortunately some 11 months later the said alternator went again so I phoned Andy Irwin's and spoke to Gary smith of which he said, send it back to them of which I have. They said they would send it back to where the have got it from has it was on a 12 months warranty which was Andrew Page, I have since found out Andrew Page have sent them there money back I have not received a penny back and Andy Irwin's have since blocked my number.

Recently had to use a mechanic to do some work on my berlingo (wheel bearing) ..I normally do my own work but didn't have the correct tools for this job, so I gave Andy Urwin a call and he managed to fit me in within 24 hours.

Price was very good and the work was spot on, I will use him again and have no problem recommending this garage.
