KG Carpentry in Saffron Walden

Please don't trust Karl Grotchen (K G carpentry). He showed a real unprofessionalism when dealing with the flooring job. He provided us the quote and agreed to start the flooring job in two weeks’ time. We agreed on the start date. We tried to contact him in between many times to remind him about the job and queries regarding the item list for the flooring job. But he didn't answer calls or messages. Based on his advice, we even removed the old carpets from the floor. Eventually, he didn't turn up to do the flooring job and sent an apologies message that he is over booked and can't start the job. Now our house is a mess with lots of things packaged in card board boxes and we are living in a house with concrete floor. I don't recommend this carpenter as you will be left in a state of uncertainty.
