After price fixed for a journey over the telephone, driver asked for an extra £6 to what had initially been agreed. We did not pay the extra as nothing had changed to what had been previously arranged over the telephone, and consequently they did not turn up for the return journey home as promised, and we were left stranded. We have reported this to our local Council who issues licences for taxis and also to Trading Standards. What they did was not very good business practice or public relations. We shall certainly not be using this company again.
