I am in same position as other reviewers. My goods were ordered on 29 oct 13, card debited following day, nothing received, same response when queried, family bereavement- father died. I too missed the reviews but suggest you look elsewhere for time being as I have given company 2 weeks to respond, otherwise I intend to take further action.
