Worked as a Recruitment Consultant for just under 6 Months. Push-under-the-bus mentality a.k.a Line Managers wasting time sourcing vacancies that weren't real or realistic (50+ recruiters on PSL already, employer has bed rep and pays well below market rate, etc.) then passing blame down the chain of command in order to avoid responsibility for their own actions.

Upon being asked to leave, they went through my personal belongings without even asking my consent and told I could not come back to the offices. No warning or disciplinary action despite passing probation recently.

High Turnover of staff. Inept line Managers for entry level staff, inadequate training/ mentoring. Dodgy practices. Avoid.
