Natural Nail Care and Tanning in Castle Bromwich, Birmingham

Very rude staff, awful quality nails. Not worth the £28 pounds I spent on a manicure as a member of staff managed to cut me several times, as well as being one of the most sarcastic people I've ever met in my life.

Total waste of money and extremely bad customer service.

Me and my friend booked on Saturday morning for 11am Tues 15th sept.we got there 10 mins before., waited outside as there were 2 people in front ,they said have we got to book no come in and wash hands and antibacterial and sit down .we waited for someone to ask us in and waited then someone asked what we wanted told them we had appointments at 11 it was now ten past then he went back to doing he's job still no answer then I asked what was going on he said you come back at 4pm I was very angry by then very very unprofessional and rude as the 2 people in front went in unbooked.

Was not pleased with my experience here. I came to have my eyebrows shaped and tinted. I explained that I had been growing my eyebrows out, however she insisted I would look better with smaller eyebrows and then had the cheek to tell me that my nails were disgusting.

This lady was rude and kept laughing and joking about my nails to her colleagues. I wouldn't at all recommend anyone using them!
