Mr Carl Mills in Walsall

We used Carl for the groundwork, brickwork and knock through of an extension via his company C and L Groundwork and Brickwork Ltd. The experience was awful. Communication was dreadful and the quality of workmanship was so poor that, on the advice of building control, we demolished everything down to footings as started again with another builder. Faults included inadequate propping and packing of structural steel, missing damp proof courses and incorrectly set foul wastes. My advice is to avoid Carl MILLS and whatever company name he is currently trading under.
