USA Hand Car Wash and Valeting in Carrickfergus

Ok at washing a car but then again a 10 year old could do this. Rubbish at valeting the interior. I had to ask 3 times for the car to be properly cleaned. No one speaks English so it's very hard to get my request across. Person in charge was too busy on her phone when I asked for help and turned her back on me, laughing in my direction, rolling her eyes and talking in a foreign language. Person doing the work was surely and ill mannered, no eye contact and threw my keys at me when he realised he still had them. Customer waiting area is a nice touch, if only it wasn't filthy and smelly. I know these guys are from another country and fair play to them but as they are in a service environment then surely a grasp of English plus basic customer service skills are a basic necessity. I won't be back. There are much better alternatives where the owners know the benefit of communication and good customer service.

Only been here twice but both times they have done a great job and are friendly. Will be back.

Went to the USA car wash in Eden this morning although it was raining heavy at once stage , they cleaned the outside of my car well but the inside having had a mini valet on it , the car is ridulous inside still dirty and you wouldn’t even think they had hoovered it at all , totally unhappy with the service, the guy couldn’t even speak English , so I couldn’t even tell him I was unhappy with the car as he didn’t understand me , wouldn’t recommend these for any valets on your car

I have never had a problem here at USA at Wilsons car sales always very good just sometimes wheels need more work.

Very good for washing car but not good at the valet side of the business. They don't appear to have the proper equipment for job. A vacuum cleaner is used to remove water from seats and carpets and little effort to remove stains. No steam cleaning.

Whatever you do' don't make this car wash your last port of call before it closes for the evening. I made this mistake, and got a very lack lustre service to say the least, being the last car on their lot, and a female on her own, I felt very intimidated - I felt they were mocking me by only washing my car half heartedly,staring in the car at me, laughing, and talking in their foreign tongue so I couldn't understand them, or what they were saying.
The main reason I had called in was to get the bird crap off my back wind screen - they didn't clean this completely off until I drew their attention to it, on top of that, they didn't clean my wheels at all - unfortunately I didn't notice this till I got home. I won't be calling back here in a hurry, and when I get a contact number for the owner of this place, I will be putting in an official complaint!
