Poor response poor poor poor- staff try their best but director fails to allow them to help as necessary by customers. Delayed rentals paid onto me the landlord for six months plus! Even when given notice, they Fail to pass on details of deposit scheme plus landlord license scheme. Sorry to say it but I've been too forgiving too long. Don't go near REW! Big headache. Big losses!
